Bubble water level gauge is a high-precision water level sensor independently developed and produced by our company. The compressed air generated by the piston pump flows through the measuring tube and the bubble chamber into the water body being measured, and the static pressure in the measuring tube is directly proportional to the height of the water level on the bubble chamber.
The product has the characteristics of high precision, high reliability, high intelligence, no gas cylinder, no logging, no maintenance, anti-vibration, and long life, and is especially suitable for inconvenient logging or expensive well construction in mobile water bodies, large, medium and small rivers, reservoirs, or industrial wastewater with serious water pollution and strong corrosiveness, such as: water conservancy and hydrology, upstream and downstream of dams, oceans, groundwater, river ditches, streams, urban drainage pumping stations, etc.

1. Piston cylinder prolongs service life
As a compressed air generation device, the piston cylinder drives the piston reciprocating movement through the crank linkage, and the compressed air flow generated by the piston cylinder running for one week is equivalent to about 50 times the compressed air flow rate generated by the "swing piston air pump", so the reciprocating running speed of the piston is greatly reduced, which can effectively overcome the wear of the piston sealing ring caused by severe friction, greatly reduce the friction loss of the piston sealing ring, and effectively extend the service life of the bubble level gauge.
2. Adaptive pumping algorithm
The intelligent control unit adopts adaptive pumping algorithm, according to the change of air pressure before and after, intelligently controls the piston cylinder to pump, reduce the number of useless pumps, the method is more reasonable and intelligent, and can also protect the air pump and extend the service life of the air pump.
3. Zero point drift
In order to overcome the temperature drift and time drift of the diffusion silicon differential pressure sensor, the intelligent control unit drives the switching action of the tee solenoid valve according to a certain time interval, shortens the two measuring ends of the diffusion silicon differential pressure sensor into the air to communicate with the atmosphere, and stores the measured value of the diffusion silicon differential pressure sensor as the zero point in the local memory of the intelligent control unit. In the subsequent compressed air pressure measurement, the zero drift value is automatically subtracted from the measurement result every time the liquid pressure is measured, so as to eliminate the zero drift of the diffusion silicon differential pressure sensor and obtain a stable and accurate liquid pressure value.
4. Temperature drift
The bubble level gauge adopts an external temperature sensor to detect the liquid temperature in real time, and the intelligent control unit compensates for the change of liquid specific gravity with temperature through the corresponding table of liquid specific gravity and temperature in the pre-existing memory according to the measured temperature value, which can effectively eliminate the liquid level change caused by the change of liquid temperature.
