I. Core Functions
1. Three-Dimensional Monitoring Network
Integrates real-time monitoring devices for multi-parameters such as water level, water temperature, and water quality. Data is remotely transmitted and aggregated via communication technologies like Beidou Satellite, 4G/5G, etc.
Supports "sky-ground" integrated perception, dynamically displaying monitoring point distributions and real-time data through a unified water conservancy map. It covers key areas with over-exploited zones exceeding 140,000 square kilometers.
2. Dynamic Analysis and Early Warning
Builds groundwater numerical models to simulate water level changes and predict over-exploitation risks (e.g., the Jinan platform triggers water quality deterioration alarms via threshold settings). Generates visualized products such as isometric water level maps and water quality evaluation reports, and predicts groundwater flow field trends using AI algorithms.
3. Closed-Loop Management Mechanism
Forms a closed loop from data collection, abnormal alarms to disposal tracking. For example, real-time voltage anomalies of equipment are pushed to responsible personnel, and maintenance response progress is recorded in the system.
Supports cross-level data sharing.
